Eight years ago, we renovated the living areas, including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, toilet, entryway, tatami rooms, and sliding doors. The home is fully electrified. The toilet and bathtub feature self-cleaning functions. The toilet uses a private septic tank. The kitchen counter was built slightly higher to accommodate taller individuals. There is a spacious detached building (connected to the main house) that can be used as a workshop. The interior walls are handmade. Since this is an older home, it’s perfect for someone who enjoys renovating. A wood-burning stove was installed three years ago, and we’ll include it as-is for anyone interested in keeping the furniture. The property features fruit trees such as Hyuganatsu, loquat, fig, Sweet Spring, Hassaku, and Banpaku. There’s a vegetable garden right behind the house where you can enjoy growing your own produce. Because the lot is spacious, whether you’re looking to build a new home, start a business, or create a shared house, you can take your time and enjoy the process of building your dream home while living here.
