Refund & Cancellation Policy
A Deep-Read is a digital product delivered to you immediately. Here is exactly how refunds, cancellations, and the EU right of withdrawal work.
1. Digital product, delivered immediately
The Yudane Deep-Read is a digital information product delivered to your account immediately when you buy it. Because it is supplied and accessed at once, it is, as a general rule, non-refundable once it has been delivered to you.
2. EU/EEA consumers and the 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins, provided you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
You give that consent at checkout when you buy a Deep-Read. Delivery then begins immediately, so once you have accessed the Deep-Read the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Because Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase, this consent step and any refund are handled through Stripe's checkout and terms.
3. When we will make it right
If a Deep-Read fails to deliver, is not accessible, or contains a material technical fault — for example, it returns the wrong lot's documents — contact us and we will re-deliver it or, at our discretion, refund it. Please note that disagreement with the analysis, or a simple change of mind, is not a technical fault.
4. How to contact us about a purchase
For any purchase issue, email [email protected] with the email on your account and the lot reference. Because Stripe is the Merchant of Record, some refund requests may also be handled directly through Stripe.
