1. Who we are

Yudane is operated by larsen.studio, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark. You can reach us at [email protected]. Payments for Deep-Reads are processed by Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record: Stripe is the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for collecting payment and remitting any applicable taxes.

2. What Yudane provides

Yudane is an independent risk-intelligence and information service covering Japanese court auctions (競売 / keibai). The Yudane Deep-Read is a digital, one-time-purchase information product: an English-language translation and plain-language educational analysis of the publicly-filed court documents (三点セット) for a single auction lot. It is an information and reference product about public records.

3. What Yudane is not

This matters, so we state it plainly. Yudane is not a law firm, not a real-estate broker or agent, not a financial or investment adviser, and not a tax adviser. The Deep-Read and everything on this site is information, not legal, tax, or investment advice, and not brokerage. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, bid on, or invest in any property.

You must independently verify every figure and statement against the original 三点セット, and obtain advice from qualified Japanese counsel and other professionals, before making any decision or committing any funds.

4. Accuracy and no warranty

A Deep-Read is derived from public court records and prepared with the help of automated tools. Although produced with care, Yudane makes no warranty that it is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Court records may contain errors, may be updated, and may be superseded after a Deep-Read is produced. You use and rely on a Deep-Read at your own risk.

5. Licence and acceptable use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the Deep-Read for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish it. The underlying court documents are public records; Yudane's translation and analysis are its own work, provided to you under this licence.

6. Purchases and price

Deep-Reads are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Payment, currency, and any applicable taxes are handled by Stripe as Merchant of Record. Delivery is digital and immediate. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yudane and larsen.studio are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, a Deep-Read or this site, including any purchase, bid, or investment decision you make. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Deep-Read.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, with the date shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Because Stripe is the Merchant of Record for purchases, Stripe's own terms also apply to the payment itself. For any question about these Terms, email [email protected].
